How to do it

Tap each step as you finish it.

1iPhone: open the Health app, tap your picture, then Medical ID, then Edit.
2Android: open Settings, then Safety & emergency (on some phones, look for Emergency information).
3Add your medical conditions, allergies, medicines and emergency contacts.
4Turn on the option to show it when the phone is locked.

Good to knowAnyone holding your locked phone can read this, so include only what you're comfortable sharing.

Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Breathe in for 4, hold for 7, breathe out for 8.

Put bands on your bottle and move one each time you finish it.
